My bottom end has gone, where would you go from here?

Hi all,

Well on the way to a meet last night my bottom end started knocking bad! Got my mate to tow me home, it still turns over and fires up (only let it run for like 2 sec).

Question is, where to I go from here? Get this one out and forge it? How far to take it with forging it? Or any other sugestgions?

What about my crank, what needs doing to it as I presume there will be some damage?
