Try clearing you cookies/temp internet files etc.

If that fails could try another web browser.

If that fails I'm I dont know what else to suggest (not rubbing it in, but i've been able to send PM's all day so doesn't seem like a site problem)

Actually the time on the site is incorrect, if you check the time i posted my message above it says 9:03 when it was infact gone 11, i suspect i was sending to many pm's to quickly.

You have to wait a set time before sending another PM, just give it a couple of minutes and resume sending another message.

when in doubt, dump the cookies. works like 95% of the time.
