Haha, talking about Thatchers draught we had, evil stuff that was still fermenting when we got hold of it!

The perfect person to taste test for me will be Bluebell :(

Maybe if it works I could name it EPBrew!

Just thought I would stick up an initial pic of the cider:

Looks minging I know, the froth at the top is the yeasties making the alcohol, mixed with the shredded apple

Going to syphon off into a secondary fermatation vessel to remove the crap that is building up in it plus the bramley apply I added :lol:

Also going to get my raspberryade going tonight and will get 40pts of ale going this weekend ready for JAE.................I may actually die :(

Epic :)

I drank half a pint of Guinness mixed with half a pint of every shot on the bar and it looked ten times worse than that so I would deffo give that a go :)
