Billy SR
i know it's not rocket science, but i was wondering the best method for smoothing this out and making it look more attractive? (without removing the backbox)
Bluebear
Could try to get one of those black rubber edge protector jobbies, but that might look a bit gash All I could suggest is fine sandpaper wrapped around something that you can fit in, and going all the way around it. Maybe give it a lick of paint after?
Raz
How on earth did you end up with that?Whats that metal plate you can put there? But again that might not look too good.
Billy SR
i didn't cut it myself, but we couldn't manage to sit the backbox below, so an exit had to be cut.was considering sandpaper then minimal stickerbombing, but that doesn't really go with the standardish look i was aiming for and wouldn't a rubber edge get melted off by the heat of the exhaust? Raz
It be best to just sand paper it and go for a smooth and rounded look, The fact its too big of a hole. No idea what you can do about that.Look in the below link and have a look at the 2nd picture.http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Aluminium-Exhaust-Pl...d-/250590442724
