Engine onto engine stand

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what size the gearbox bolts are and where i can get a threaded bar of the bolt size as its a fine thread and i cant find any. So i can attach the engine to the stand.

Cut the legs down on the bracket from the stand, then use your gear box bolts.

I was thinking that but its not my engine stand.

Any chance you still have the 17mm bolts sam

get some from any place that sells bolts local too you, like an iron mongers ect. or ebay has every size of bolt ever made.

the bolt in the end of the fuel rail is the same thread, i took that to my local hardware place and asked for it in a certain length and the brought them out

also get some big washers too

Got permision from the stand owner to cut the legs down problem solved thanks anyways
