ryan lang
i have developed another problem with the car AGAIN!when i put the clutch to the floor to change gear, i get a beasty clunking, the speed of the clunking depends on the speed im going, so im guessing its the driveshaft. it also clunks when i feather the throttle to maintain a steady speed on a flat road.under acceleration the noise goes :/anyone know what it else it might be?ryan
Idrees
Is it like a thud noise? Are all the bolts tight on the shockers etc? Are you running coilovers, if so is the big nut on the top of the centre cap tight? What condition are the lower arm bushes in? Also do you have a Whiteline front ARB? My brother had one and his drop link had snapped, it was causing a similar noise to what you describe.
