rorenapier
Burn out the rubber, then using a hacksaw cut a slot in the metal ring left, and poke it out. Job done.
Ryan-11
I cut the end of the bush off, drilled holes in the rubber and then chapped out the bush with a hammer and punch

WallaceGlanza
If you have a big enough vice you can use it like a press - or if you have a press then it's even easier!

rorenapier
Drilling holes is easier than holding a naked flame up to the bush?? Haha.Up to you at the end of the day.
