Stui White Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 Hi UKSC!On the Glanza, if you look at the VAC pipe from the throttle body there is a sensor on the left of this. After fitting my BOV i noticed it was unplugged (Or had come unplugged whilst i was fiddling)I went for a drive after fitting the BOV and didnt notice anything wrong and no Engine light. What does this sensor do and how worried should i be that I've been driving with it unplugged! It has been plugged back in this morning. Stui White Posted October 27, 2011 Author Posted October 27, 2011 So without this in i could/would have been over fuelling? Quote
corofin12345 Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 the ATS is important, if the temp inside the throttle body gets too high this sensor sends a signal to the ecu and the ecu adjusts fueling, yes, will run rich Quote
Stui White Posted October 27, 2011 Author Posted October 27, 2011 Thanks Lads! - Lets hope if knocked off as i was pulling Vac pipe off - then it would have only been off for the 15 minute drive i took it for after.Got me to work today fine (Plugged back in ofcourse) Quote
