I keep hearing stuff about the timing etc.Personally if i was you id go and buy a Haynes manual for Corolla 92 - 97. And follow the guide in there for the 1.3 engine. Its virtually the same minus the obvious thing like removing the extra stuff like the intercooler pipe outta the way. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

ryan lang Posted October 28, 2011 Share Posted October 28, 2011 yeah its a fairly easy job dude. alot easier than garages make it out to be lol.aslong as the cams go back in the same way they came out, and all the timing marks are all lined back up again, it should be okay. but if if your unsure of what needs doing then i'd get some1 who knows what they are doing to do it for you or give you a hand.and dont turn the head upside down because the shims and buckets will fall out lol Quote Link to post Share on other sites
