Newport, is the next town/city over from me, and has somehow ended up 'the worst city in the uk' according to the local newspapers, if anyone has anything in there local newspapers about this, is this stated in yours, or is it just our local newspapers being negative as a motherfo lol

i ask this, because during the massive riots, newport had none :s lol
