i`d imagine they are, the 5EFHE has a higher rev limit so yes id say they are the same....

as far as im aware all the valve springs are the same had this talk with ian(dub7)

dean there deffo not all the same i now for sure 4efe are thiner coild then the fte 1s

last gen of 4efe is weakest all the rest are the same can easily tell, they have a thick coiling

speedvision also do uprated valve springs, had a set in mine

and they are alot cheaper than the cruise springs

they were fine on mine tough

No biggy dude some have been fine but some have cuased terrible coil bind and eaten heads wich results in major engine failure luck of the draw tbh cant go wrong with cruise though

yeah i suppose luck of the draw is always the case with cheaper stuff. suppose getting a tidy set was the best luck ive had in a long time and that was 2 years ago
