emange mappers in south east

as per title... im going td04 soon so i'll need my emb remapped, TD did an awesome job when it was fitted but i dont know if i can justify the 600mile round trip again

so if anyone knows any good mappers for emange in the south east let me know

Give morph a pm he is based at hastings way but his guy has mapped a few peoples starlets and will be doing mine and my brothers.

if they do it id deffo reccomend TDI north, northeast london area, quite a few people from the norfolk make the effort to go down to them and come back with blinding results.

experienced tuners on all makes of cars and give very smooth power delivery and great figures aswel.

went back up to tuning developments and come back with 237.6hp so worth the trip

This may sound like a thick question, but here goes. What is `mapping` and what improvement does it do for say a n/a ep91

Mapping is where you get either a piggy back ecu or a complete stand alone one.

It allows the fueling, timing etc to be adjusted and setup for that engine, as every engine is different, standard 'maps' are very safe and therefore not making the most from your engine

On an n/a you wont see very big gains, maybe 5-10 hp but on a turbo it can meen the difference between a car running badly say td04 unmapped or safe preloaded map 170hp ish or not atall to being mapped to 230hp with a very nice smooth idle with good power delivery.
