One of the mods off epcivic forum gets them. Hes sold loads off sets including the one i brought. great crisp quality light mate. h4 kits are around £45 delivered mate

and they fit straight onto a starlet do they? 45 bones is cheap as fooooook, do they come with any manufactures warranty or anything?

Yh im like 99% starlets are h4 fitement (anyone correct me if im wrong) The guy gives 12 months warranty i think. ill drop him a pm now
