Addymk2
All 4bolts can be fitted but the slide becomes a little stiff, no biggie but it just felt more solid to me! Get a mate to push the rail with a breaker bar towards the hole and then ratchet the bolt in quick time. Keeps MOT testers happy lol
zachstarlet
Because you can only fit 2 bolts into the cushion used 3 self rappers at the front. The 4th bolt got 3 ideas. Cut and weld the subframe bracket. Drill down through the outrigger and drop a bolt in or drill the floor drop in a nut and weld it to captive it. Got to be done for MOT!! Mr. Chem
You can actually get all 4 bolts attached to the cushion. For the drivers, if you dremel the little nodules off the stop on the front two bolt holes, you can flip them and they line up with the holes in the cushion. On the passenger side the front holes are static, so some strips of thick steel can be used to allow the brackets to reach the bolt holes.
