  7. Why not take off the manifold and turbo together, makes it much easier to get to those back bolts? I found taking the powersteering pump off helps to get at all the manifold bolts
  8. Well it's been a while since I updated this, so here it goes. Since it was mapped at TD, I was thinking of ways to have my cake and eat it, namely have AC but shorten the intake route. Unfortunately the hot pipe had been rubbing on the AC piping, so a pinhole opened up. There is a very nice guy with an engineering shop near me who can weld aluminium, so he plugged the holes in my cold pipe and in the AC pipe. Refitted the pipework, and went to the local STS to have the air con checked and refilled. The car held a vacuum just fine, and then filled with no leaks. As soon as we turned
  9. Got them off ebay. Thule ones. The kit is same for the Glanza's as it is for UK starlets
  10. I have a washer bottle with a motor in the boot that feeds two lawn mister nozzles secreted behind the front number plate.
  11. It was a HDI Cooler. It did fit with the air con still in place, bumper required trimming however.
  12. Snetterton - the limit set for the day is 105db static and 92db drive by. Car currently is ct9 with no cat, HKS Silent Hi-Power with no mid box. I've got a set of Mintex Race Pads to bed in and some super DOT-4 to replace what's currently in there. The discs and calipers I pulled apart about a year ago to replace. I'm debating whether or not to buy a bung.
