mattyD Posted February 21, 2012 Share Posted February 21, 2012 After having some new tyres fitted at the weekend, the little prick who balanced them chipped paint off my newly sprayed wheels i have since got some compensation from them for it but i was wondering if i could get anything to put on the balancer to stop this from happening in the future? Liam_D Posted February 21, 2012 Share Posted February 21, 2012 If its the bar that goes through the middle of the wheel, its easily done as you have to have something tight going through the middle to balance them properly. You can do it without catching them though if your uber careful. But any well painted wheel should be fine.You can have wheels balanced without using the centre bore though.
