PhilGT93
no water in oil, heaters work fine, never over heated, thinking valve seats may be
Flaminsam
check the timing marks dude. you could have possibly jumped a tooth on the belt. if not then a cylinder leakage test is needed. could be rings or anything.

Taggy
oh another thing, do a compression test with it warmed up properly, you will get odd/incorrect results if you do it from cold as your piston rings will expand slightly when hot.If your still getting results below 150psi a cylinder then it could be worn rings, you can check to see if the rings are worn by pouring a teaspoon of oil down each cylinder, crank it over over again with the tester and see what you get. If it shoots up loads then your rings are worn,if its still low then it will point to other things such as the head/vales etc.Good luck!
PhilGT93
throttle fully open mate and im going to do a hot test tommorow if i can get it going agen
Flaminsam
just out of interest do you have a fuel pressure regualtor on your car? check that the two bolts for the adapter in the fuel rail havnt come loose. also as taggy says do the compression test hot. and the teaspoon of oil trick to try and raise compression by sealing the piston better in the bore.
