dwd Posted March 24, 2012 Share Posted March 24, 2012 Fitted a corolla inlet to a 95 4efe starlet. Started the car and noticed a major coolant leak. The original manifold covered a water gallery below the bolt and the far right. The manifold i got is the same as the ones ive seen in pics others have used. When is there water there on mine??? enzo_e492901 Posted March 25, 2012 Share Posted March 25, 2012 (edited) I thought it was only really early 4E series heads that had an extra water port to the side of one of the main intake ports. As far as I know this water port has never been used on any 4E series engine. Like you say other manifolds just blank it off/cover it up.
