max power/boost from arp headbolts?

hoping to start of with 1.6bar on a td05 when engines forged to see what i can push but wonder what the limits of the arp headbolts are. and what would be involved if i went down the head stud route

im sure i remeber gaz sayin that if your going about 2 bar they will lift but with somethin like that id say better to be safe and go for 4age studs anyway.

i had 1.6 bar on a td04 with standard headbolts and it was fine for 2years, ill soon be trying 1.8 bar with arp headbolts in. As for the head stud route u need your headbolt holes in the block drilled out and re tapped and your head bolt holes in the head drilled out.

And make the holes in the head gasket bigger and machine the head out so you can fit the 12mm socket on the nuts.

still worth it if you think your going to be close to the limit of the headbolts.
