Tried all the screws med and large are the ones which fit, tightened it as much as i could without physically breaking the allen key but it either slides off as it gets tighter or stays on and comes off after say 2-3miles

A guy with a yaris is using the short screws and is working a treat, you might have just got a duff one then :(

i checked the yaris belt clip its flatter and of a different material than the starlet one, thats probably why......still no reply from graham...

i got the same prob as asad.

it just keep slipping off after a while, especially when you use the tension release lever.

i would like to see pictures of how people have installed theirs to see if mine is the same.

Hmmmm might just be that the starlet belt clip is too thin, I am still waiting for mine to arrive

Graham replied to me yesterday, he said could you get a picture of the belt clip and of it fitted please?

Posted

Ok dude, no worries I would be doing the same. Such a shame as everyone else are raving about them, must just be an uber thin buckle on the starlet

Sorry I forgot to reply to this, I forwarded everything to CG for you but I still don't have mine. I borrowed a friend's at Blyton, used the medium screws then replaced them one by one for the short ones and tightened them up tight

think its just the shape of the clip its not flat, nor is the matierial soft for it to bite into its hard shiny platic

Neither is the one on the Celica mate! Must say, round the track it was awesome, but I am fuming mine never arrived
