Idrees
My cousin up in Scotland (Who owns Wylo's old Green N/A) had an accident a couple of weeks ago. The front end is all buckled up, it doesn't look too bad but its needs all the parts replacing. He hit a 2007 car (Not sure what) and had to pay £1200 to the person he crashed into for repairing the damage! And today.. It was my cousins turn in the Purple one. His has been written off today after hitting into the back of someone today, he said his brakes failed. They're all okay though which i know is the main thing, but maybe some evil bastard has gave the world of Starlets a bad look which is causing all these accidents?! ecksjay
whats causing all the accidents?young and inexperienced drivers
Idrees
Young and inexperienced? My cousins brother was driving his N/A yesterday when it crashed, and he has 8 years experience on the road
Mikey Jay
Ah, that may be so, but he's not experienced with driving a Starlet (used to it I mean by that) so Ecksjay's comment still has relevance.Unless he has driven the Starlet lots before...?
Starletmeech
well it was before i lowered it and they have a huge rolling problem before hand!I blame that and my youth at the time!

SiCaln
damn ya got me lol if idv knows the grief he would have caused me then he'd never get any older either
ecksjay
its clear and obvious, and whether someone has been driving 8 years or 25 years dont make a difference, you're ALWAYS learning, even professional drivers, they're still learning at the end of the day, thats the wonders of the human mind which allows us to do that he may have been driving 8 years, but it doesn't mean he has any idea what he's doing or a good driver, but it may also mean he's just unlucky
Fogdoggydog
My theory is that drivers expect the others on the road to be capable of driving when, in fact, they aren't. If you drive like everyone else on the road is a complete n00b or a joyrider or something else equally as bad then you learn to be more careful as you are watching out for all the other idiots. The other day I was driving to Uni in the outer lane a motorway, when knob in a Beemer came flying down the slip road just ahead of me like his crotch was on fire. He pretty much didn't bother waiting for there to ample space to exit the slip road and came out between two cars on the inner lane, and straight across into the outer lane right in front of me in one movement. I had saw him fly down the slip lane and start to force himself between the two inner-lane cars, and slowed down, expecting him to go right out in front of me. He did. And if I hadn't have reacted before it happened he would have ended up in my passenger seat.
Mikey Jay
Watch out for old people too, they're lethal I say that jokingly.....but seriously, they can be.

Mikey Jay
Weird, read all this earlier. Then driving home, along a dual carriageway up to a roundabout a twit in a Lexus went flying past cutting in front of me and flying round the roundabout. It goes into a single carriageway at this point, where the Lexarsehole decided to go flying up the road overtaking the car in front whilst gong over the brow of a hill!(asking for an accident tbh)Proves Foggy's point perfectly. Starletmeech
I have to drive 40 miles on a single carrigeway road to work, its quite a fast road but there are tits overtaking round blind bends and up hills and there is either a crash or i witness i near miss every week! Your only as good as the other drivers on the road!
muddyell
Cant include me in the young and inexperienced category as it wasnt my fault and the guy that hit me was about
ecksjay
Cant include me in the young and inexperienced category as it wasnt my fault and the guy that hit me was about 50 as above, experience is taking other driver's poor abilities into account, so it goes both ways, and is still perfectly valid
muddyell
Yes but i did I saw the guy comin hence why i was only doin about 25Most people would asume the other driver would have stoppedBut he didnt see me so carried on comin and hit me
