mrkd5916
Would the drive train of the ep95 (4wd) fit in to my Ep 91?? Has this been done before?
turbo Grant
Don't think so. On the 85 all the back end brackets that hold the axel in are totally different to the
Nanglebadger
no.AFAIK, you would need to make a whole new transmission tunnel to accomodate it, hence why people turbo EP95s instead of 4WD'ing EP91s.Phil.
mrkd5916
So ok it's not just a bolt on job then, Next question is what is different then would it be just the floor pan??
Nanglebadger
no, definately not a bolt on job dude.i believe the biggest difference is the larger tranny tunnel in the floor pan yeah, but really we need an EP95 owner to come on to confirm that.Phil.
turbo Grant
The back where the axel bolts in is totally different. And so is the fuel tank. And where the rarb bolts is. It's a totally different floor pan. Would have to do lots of welding and cutting to get the 95 running gear in a 91 floor pan.
bucketep91
Its completley different, even if it did fit, u would have a hell of a time sourcing the parts
