td04 glanza Posted April 28, 2012 Share Posted April 28, 2012 Basically during driving quite spirited last night i went to shift from 2nd to 3rd and it all went tits up!Now the car drives in all gears except 3rd but is making a horrible noiseSo im guessing ive fecked 3rd all together but i was wondering what my options are as ive only recently fitted it with a trd lsd?If anyone can give me some advice as to what they would do for example get gearbox fixed prices or take lsd out and fit to the box i took out which is in good condition???Im totaly gutted about thisThanks guys,Allan Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Socks Posted April 28, 2012 Share Posted April 28, 2012 I did the exact same thing... Came on boost, rattling noises from the box.. Drives in all gears except third... Its shit mate...Race-Tech rebuilt mine for me usin a donor gearbox This is what my third gear looked like:annoying thing is its thinner then all the other gears too :/ Quote Link to post Share on other sites
