haha.. thats why im thinking of importing one, as im looking to become a importer.

so i need to check if its viable financially. Is anyone an importer on here as ive sent off an email to the DVLA about what i need to do to get the car legal, but no email back as of yet.

i know i need to get it mot'd, and i cant import a car newer thn 10yrs otherwise i would have to get it sva'd?

basically i would like to know the cost of getting it on the road when its over here. and what you actually have to do.

£3K sounds about right I would say depending on mileage, condition etc.

You could get a 98 model SVA'd pretty easily if its more or less standard
