Absolutely gutted :(, was driving along a road in Glasgow behind St Enoch, when bang! Smacked a massive pothole/sunken drain.

On my way home the front and back left were rattling and banging like mad, and when I went back down to the car 10 mins later the front tyre had deflated.

I'm guessing the shocks and strut mounts will be knackered. :(

your shocks n strut mounts might be ok mate just check nothing looks bent compared to the other side, and look for any cracks any where. Then get 2 knew tyres n laser tracking done to check the allinement and any buckels in the wheels :)

and hopefully u might be lucky to get away with just a blown tyre

best of luck

If its the same in scotland as it is in england the pothole has to have been reported befor by someone else and had to be over either 4 or 6" deep to even stand a claim unfortunately :(

Best of luck tho dude hope its nowt major, I hit a drainage ditch in my car and got away without a problem!
