1.0 vs 1.2 bar, on ct9b

So ive got my Glanza set up to 1bar with supporting mods.

The ebc has a scramble button, so i was wondering if using it to scramble to 1.2 for overtaking would have any real benefit, in terms of power.

Ive been thinking about either going td04 or keeping it simple and getting a hybrid.

the car currently has some kind of hybrid but no idea which lol, been looking at the speed vision ones

I think the power envelope tails off a shit load after 1.0bar on the ct9, it starts blowing lots of hot air instead. I wouldnt run it a 1.2bar other than in scramble mode, for the odd race :)

1.2 bar feels plenty quicker than 1 bar on a CT9 for sure, much more aggressive i thought.

Everyone always says it will just blow hot air but I have never seen any evidence of this. My cold side intercooler pipe work was always freezing at 1.2 bar so even if there was an increase in heat it wasn't significant.
