your synchro is f**ked it will more than likely need changing you could try changing the oil it may or may not help

Mine dose that some times not all the time think it's just me not engaging the clutch fulley prob could do with a changing the hydrolic fluid to.

syncro is damaged dude, its common fault. The best thing to do is take it to a gear box reconditioner rather than buying another gear box 2nd hand which could potentially have the same problem.

I would be interesting in the above aswel as mine does it in third but only at high rpm so think the synchro is warn

Mine does it going into 2nd when it's cold. Slightly thinner oil (ATF) helps to stop it.
