PaulStarletSR Posted July 20, 2012 Share Posted July 20, 2012 alternatively, buy the Arnold Schwarzenegger Body Building Encyclopedia, i have it and il tel u sumthin....what a read! every page full of great info,pix, training guides from toning,buildin, cardio etc, its got the lot!LOTS of pages and the best book around.
