shorty Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 (edited) Do you mean delimiter for speed cut? Because oem ecu has built in rev limit dude if you want to raise it you need management and idealy some head and bottom end mods Edited August 4, 2012 by shorty Quote
micky boy Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 Think he might mean the likes of a bee r rev limiter? Quote
mark-tozer Posted August 4, 2012 Author Posted August 4, 2012 no i mean just a after market one like omex. Quote
shorty Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 I dont get why you would need to use one tbh dude. as without mods if you raise the limit you risk of coil bind and if you have mods then a piggy back or standalone as you will get more benifit. Quote
mark-tozer Posted August 4, 2012 Author Posted August 4, 2012 im thinking about getting a omex rev limiter as it comes with a launch control setting aswell. Quote
AdamB Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 If you want launch control, may as well go for an EMU as it will be much safer, and you'll also gain a few extra ponies ;) Quote
mark-tozer Posted August 4, 2012 Author Posted August 4, 2012 i would like to go emanage eventually but dont have 200 to buy emanage and then another 250 to get it mapped but i like your thinking. Quote
AdamB Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 Might as well save up mate, will be worth the wait Quote
