Gearbox refurb by Toyota

Just wondered if anybody has had this done, if so what cost and how do i get in touch with the righjt person at Toyota?

I think Gary at GBR does gearbox refurbs and he works for Toyota. He's in Scotland too

Yeah mate, wouldn't go to a main toyota dealer for a gearbox rebuild. Their prices are extortionate for parts, mainly because these cars are quite old now. And you will be lucky to get away with 70 odd quid per hour labour.

Think its probably around £400 plus parts to build a gearbox, costly indeed
