Well i thot i would quickly through on my new exhaust mani last night after work, so set about removing everything and preping everything for putting back on. After a while i had the new mani on, gave the car a refill of oil and started it up..............putt putt putt putt.......Its blowing at the exhaust mani gasket (bottom right).

I put a new gasket on when i fitted the new mani and cleaned all surfaces so it shouldn't b blowing.

What should i do folks?

I know the best thing to do would be take everything off again but its so time consuming.

Yeah they are rubbish, Oem ported ones are better IMO

If you're using one of that bogus 'racing' gaskets supplied by Toyosports that won't help either
