Glanza idling to high

Start up the car in the morning going to work, i drove around 1 hour already and it was fine. Near to work i noticed everytime i hit traffic light ( in neutral ) the rev goes more than 2000 rpm so im a bit worried please help.....

Icv may need cleaning or you have a vac leak bud

check the simple things first, check to make sure throttle cable isnt getting fouled up at the throttle body or back along

I remember before this happens (last Saturday) i sprayed carb cleaner into the throttle body and throttle cable and connection as-well i went a bit mental inside throttle body just wondering can this cause that problem. Just wondering if debris block small pipes in the throttle.

I sprayed it again yesterday with carb cleaner hoping to be fine..but again im driving to work this morning i noticed this time everytime i changed gear the rpm doesnt goes down i have to give it a quick gas in neutral for the rev to go down so its sticking somewhere.

Throttle cable not sticking is it? And clean Idle Control Valve like suggested above
