inlet pipes??

hi there can anyone tell me if these two pipes are vac pipes and where the go corectly.

and do they go here??

any help would be grait as i think i've maybe had them in wrong!!! :/

I've got a feeling the one closest to the floor on the rack goes to the throttle body but not sure

Defo think they go bottom of inlet mani cnt remember which side is which think they sit side by side near water pump side

Yea that's correct. If you get them the wrong way round your steering will go light when you accelerate but will be heavy on tick over I believe?
