Woah 1.1 bar with just an FCD, thats not a good idea! ;) I'd turn it to a max of 12psi (0.8 bar roughly) if thats the only mods you have, thats all i run at.

The installation of the actuator sounds right, and just to correct you the wastegate is inside the turbo and isn't the actuator.

I thought he meant OEM actuator too mate (for your info yash ct9 has an internal wastegate)

Have you any fuelling mods to keep up with all that boost your running mate? I don't know how the EP91 ECU alarms you for "knock" (detonation) but in the GT4 it brings on the EM light to warn you the ECU is retarding the ignition. Could be that but I don't want to alarm you.

Thanks all for replying

Ok sorry for mistake it was the original actuator which i have removed and replace by hks.So this one is correctly install. Thanks

Now i am going to install my fuel cut.I already have these settings in my car:-4 in 1 manifold, blitz dumpvalve ,hks actuator ,blitz turbo timer,Fcd,iridium power spark plugs,d2 racing, pro racer forged aluminum lug nut set,16" wheel,5 zingen exhaust,Back fire system ,set of Stainless Braided hoses ,Cross drilled grooved front discs ,Alloy power steering pulley ,Alloy alternator pulley ,Mintex Front pads, silicon alarm and auto iginition box etc.......will post some picture of my car tomorrow.

For the turbo timer wire ,is not for the alarm i am looking, there is a wire which goes to the ecu to calculate by itself how much time the timershould be on.

How will i know if fcd is good .is there any solution. Thanks

I can't help you with the timer mate but if you managed to boost up to 1.1bar then the fcd is working.

Standard fuel cut is at around 0.8 bar and the setting on the fcd (assuming its an hks one) is 8 for the starlet, this will raise the boost cut to about 1.1 bar as you found! As i said originaly without any fuelling mods, which you don't have in that list of mods, you shouldn't really boost more than 0.8 bar as thats all the stock fuelling is good for.

Its no surprise the engine started rattling at 1.1bar without fuelling mods! You'll be lucky if you haven't damaged anything. ;)

;) Dont run 1.1 bar with just a fcd matey.

Unless you want an uber mashed engine like mine ;)

1.1 bar youre going to want a pressure regulator and pump minimum, and thats the cheap dodgy route.

every turbo timer is different, what type have you got ?

hey mate welcome this has been posted in the wrong section, seams more of a technical question,

your ecu has been designed to ad fual for up to .8 bar,

any more than that and the engine will run lean,

if your running 1.1 bar at some point your engine will go caboom

you need to get some piggy back ecu to increase fualling
