Bryan-4E-FTE Posted January 5, 2013 Author Posted January 5, 2013 Oh man that words scare the shit out of me! Its been like this now for over a week but didnt pay must attention to it but it starts to irritate me.Its hard to get the parts because the glanza's are rare as fuck and the normale ep9 are LHD think it would be best to buy it brand new. Simon Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 I would go to a local hydraulics firm and see if they could make you something up or like you say buy new it's not something you really want to risk secondhand. Quote
richdog Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 AS SUGGESTED TRY A LOCAL HOSE COMPANY "PIRTEK" ARE A BIG NATIONAL COMPANY BUT KNOW HOW TO CHARGE. BUT MAY GET YOU OUT OF A MESS. Quote

Jhandy Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 The pipe should be fine dude. It's an old car and everything start to leak perish and all that sooner or later. If the pipe does go, do not drive it because hen you chance of running the pump dry it will get hot and damage the bearing inside the pump and make a horrendous noiseJake Quote
Bryan-4E-FTE Posted January 5, 2013 Author Posted January 5, 2013 (edited) im ordering a new pipe monday morning at work.Hope its not to expensive If it takes to long im taking the belt of so the pump is not running. Edited January 5, 2013 by Bryan-4E-FTE Quote
A L 3 X Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 (edited) Mine did this at one end ever so slightly when i got the car, i smeared a very fine neat bead of loctite sump/gasket sealant around it after cleaning as a temporary measure, hasn't leaked since lol Edited January 6, 2013 by A L 3 X Quote
