JonnyOk
I'm sure most of you are getting fed up with answering my questions now so ill make it quick ha. Is there a way of telling if a 5e is indeed a 1.5 not just a 4e with the 5efe sticker on the pulley cover. I'm sure there's a spec plate somewhere. Does anyone know where that is aswell? Thanks, Jon
StuDoc 72
Im pretty sure at the front of the engine on the top of the block next to the gear box theres a bit of the block that sticks out underneath the head that has the engine code printed on it. Im not 100% but I have a vague memory of this.

turbo Grant
It's stamped 5E with the engine number on top of the block. If you looking at the engine with the bonnet open its on the right hand side
