Idrees Posted March 8, 2013 Posted March 8, 2013 They are both very good, TiAL appears to be the more popular choice with our customers. CheersIdrees Quote

neilsmith Posted March 8, 2013 Posted March 8, 2013 Im running a tial wastegate which i bought from id works and it is just flawless, the boost is so smooth and doesnt fluctuate or overboost compared to the cheap wastegates.Never spoke t anyone with a turbosmart but they get a good write up. Quote
AdamB Posted March 9, 2013 Posted March 9, 2013 Tial everytime, never heard a bad word about them. Quote
Danb Posted March 10, 2013 Posted March 10, 2013 Tial for me personally Seem to be alot of copies of turbosmart ones selling cheap ie £110 where as the tial fake ones sell for similar money to new ones.Just get one from a proper trader and not eBay Quote

Mike@TD.co.uk Posted March 10, 2013 Posted March 10, 2013 We like the TiAL units and recommend those to customers here. We've got some F38 and MVS on the shelf if you need either of those Cheers Mike JonesTuning Developments Ltd Quote
maddox710 Posted March 10, 2013 Posted March 10, 2013 Im also running tial f38 from idworkz epic piece of kit Quote
Gav_kara Posted March 10, 2013 Posted March 10, 2013 Tail all day long we deal with both makes at work and tail just seems better for ya money ya can select spring for boost pressure or imo I'd buy a 0.8bar one and run a blitz dual spec controller so it's more controllable for what ya needing Quote
russ78 Posted March 10, 2013 Author Posted March 10, 2013 ill be running 1.5bar on a forged engine will 0.8 be enough or should I go for a 1bar spring ? Quote
DevonGT Posted March 10, 2013 Posted March 10, 2013 For high boost you should run a large and a small spring together. Quote
Gav_kara Posted March 10, 2013 Posted March 10, 2013 If ya go for .8 spring or a bar that'll be ya lowest waist gate pressure so running a dual spec ya can run what boost ya like and .8-1bar when off and just waist gate I know that's what I'd do mate and get a 38mm tial Quote
jakeep82 Posted March 17, 2013 Posted March 17, 2013 ive got a turbosmart !! cant fault it tbh ! Quote
