Neo Gold
Yes...if it were lean, you would be running exessive boost levels & melted pistons would be inevitable!.Relax.Let me see a pic of how you patched into the o2 sensor please..
TurboTobz
You need pics of how to mount the lamda? If so theres a few in my Build thread
john fraser88
its spliced into the top sensor in my decat...is that the ryt place for it?
AdamB
Why have you wired it into the stock existing lambda loom? Unless running an aftermarket ecu to make use of this it's not doing any good really. The sensor itself should be mounted like 36 inches from the turbo I think it is. WallaceGlanza
If it's a narrowband O2 sensor, which it sounds like, then they're not accurate so you may as well pay no attention to it.
Jamie1st
The stock sensor is a narrow band i believe so wouldn't work right, Ive fitted an AEM Wideband sensor and gauge, can see it in my build
john fraser88
oryt ye its standard, where do i get a wideband from? will that work with my air to fuel gauge i oredy hav?
TurboTobz
No you'll get an entire kit, will be very accurate ad give figures, not just rich or lean. I use a plx dm6 wideband which maps everything out on a live chart, gives warnings led indicators and figure also peaks and mins. Also does a lot more and can be linked to up to 6 modules and display them on the one gauge, it's got a touch screen to toggle through data screens also.
