distributor oil seal?

anyone changed one of these before? is it easy enough to do as i suspect mine has failed as theres oil all over the side of the engine and its all from around the distributor

It's quite fast job to do as you take of the nuts and pull the distributor out. You have to mark the position though, as you might mess the timing.
