NA Rev Limiter?

Just wondering when a Starlet N/A actually hits the limiter?

I've read 6200rpm somewhere, is that right?

Tried it on the road, got to 6500 before changing and it didn't hit the limiter!

(I'm usually a very sensible driver! )

6750rpm then pop pop went the exhaust hitting the limiter!!

the rev counter may be a little out.....my bros will go to about 6500rpm. I would trust what the ecu thinks, not what the rev counter displays........

Reason I asked was because my brothers old one limited at an indicated 6200.. but maybe his was more accurate!

5E doesnt need to rev as hard because of the more low down torque it produces

My 5EFE starlet revs to 6500rpm on the limiter,

thats what the rev counter says anyway...
