Fitting an HKS Turbo Timer - Handbrake cable

My new HKS turbo timer (Type 0) requires being plugged into the handbrake 12v warning light. Does anyone know what colour wire this would be behind the dials, or should I just route it to the actual handbrake area? I imagine that's easier.

Let me know what you've done if you've fitted one

When I was figuring out howto do mine it was easy to get to the actual handbrake cable
