lobotomy Posted September 4, 2007 Share Posted September 4, 2007 If they're "E-marked" then they won't look that white as there are regulations... if they aren't "E-marked" then they'll be pretty white/blue and probably quite bright, but they'll be illegal so you could get pulled and fined and won't pass an MOT.
