Lew91
Isn't it not needed? I thought you can just control the idle with the TB.
DevonGT
Anyone? I have a zisco uprated manifold and just want to know how I use the icv with it? You can't, unless you make up your own bracket. There's a screw you can use to adjust the idle if need be on the TB I think.

starletgt-shady
I'm guessing its not really needed? Any ideas what it is? I Got rid of the air con bits.
Lew91
Boost solenoid, I cut the plugs off for the air con as well and taped them up. Charcoal canister can go as well and if your willing get an inline fuel filter and get rid of the big ugly one on the firewall.
starletgt-shady
What's the charcoal canister?
Lew91
The big ugly black thing next to the fuel filter
starletgt-shady
Ok cheers that's great. Is that the one with the thin vacuum lines going to it. Most of the lines going to the throttle body can get blanked of then??
Lew91
Yeah that's the one, there will be a hard line going to it from under the car as well you'll want to put a uni flow valve on that, there about a fiver off eBay. Yes plug all the ones coming off the TB and it should'nt affect the idle. Edited June 20, 2013 by Lew91
