New bulbs i got have extra plastic in fitting. HElp PLease!

Again i am pissed off. Bought the wrong bulbs first, got the correct bulbs this time but wont fit because there is an extra piece of plastic inside the fitting! How do i make it fit? The bulb with the red ring is the new one and the other bulb is the old one. Pic below.

Looks like that is the wrong fitting aswell....you wont get it to fit im afraid

sorted the pic 4 ya, u rnt doing well, dno what u can do to make it fit either sorry man, maybe cut a slit in the plastic of the headlights?

Its all good, i just heat a knive up really hot and seared the plastic fins off!
