Jim*
Not sure if this is a stupid question, I'm currently I'm the process of saving to go td04 and have it mapped etc, but if I just buy a manifold and turbo for now and strap it on, will my standard ecu give the correct fueling if I run standard boost pressure? What kind of bhp will I also see? With exhaust system, FMIC and front mount air filter. Cheers lads
StuDoc 72
It should be fine about 0.5 bar. Won't be correctly fuelled but it will be safe it should run slightly rich. BHP wont be high but I wouldn't worry bout it would just be more focused on getting it mapped properly.
Weyro
i ran 0.8bar on mine and it fueled rich at 10.8afr at wotonly fueling mod i have now is a fuel controller, running 1bar at a wot afr of 11.6 and i got 242.4 peak bhp on the dyno hahabut every car is different Edited June 25, 2013 by Weyro
AdamB
You'll be fine as long as its ran below fuel cut. Wouldn't say you'll see much power tbh beacuse the td04 doesn't really start to get going till about 1 bar.
Beastmode panda
When I put my first td04 on even WITH fpr and fuel pump etc etc It was only running 150 when I went to get the fueling done on the dyno lol, so shit. It won't be much power though bud.

Liam_D
I run mine at 0.5bar on standard management mate, its plenty quick for daily boosting! Seems to be fuelling pretty well too.
