kingo228
urmm tbh i don't know i was just assuming it was at the fly wheels as they all said it was down!

daniel_g
Timing ok ?
kingo228
just uploading a pic. My thoughts are either the ecu is massively out on ignition timing. or the cam belt if out a tooth? I've had the timing gun on it and it sits at 10 degrees fine :/http://i254.photobucket.com/albums/hh81/xmodcrawler/20130703_211251_zps68743aed.jpg
rinseep82
the tourqe is low aswell should be alot more than that i would have at least said 170+bhp it says power engine so im thinking thats fly power so it is low???? the only thing i can think of is the standard ported manifold may still be restricting and maybe the front section of the exhaust but other than that it should have been more maybe the dyno was out its not uncommon for them to show different power
kingo228
yes i was thinking in that range also! would doubt the dyno to be off that much thow! really confused to what it could be :/ engine appears to run fine!
AdamB
Who built the engine? I'd check the cam timing first.
kingo228
I built the engine, was pretty sure the timing was on :/ yup going to check that this weekend
AdamB
When you say rebuilt what did you actually do?I would be looking more torwards the timing side of things, did you have a standard ecu you could chuck back on?
kingo228
everything, new pistons, crank regrind. not one bit was un touched . all build with oem parts. i do but i would also have to reduce the boost back down there for not being a great test :/ i think cam timing is the next thing to check before i start with electrons
AdamB
Did you get the bores honed to suit new rings? You would only have to turn the boost down to 0.8 bar mate, at least it would rule out the ecu.Deffo check the timing, did the guy on the dyno not say anything was wrong or it was low power etc?I would do a compression/leak down test as well if you can, just to rule out any internal engine problems.
