TurboTobz Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 Yeah mate proper shit....Said no one....Ever! Quote
rasslenny Posted July 4, 2013 Author Posted July 4, 2013 highly interesting... so why they so much cheaper than the quaife.... just smaller brand? Quote
AdamB Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 Because Quaife have the advantage of never having to rebuild the diff as they are ATB Helical type. Where as Kaaz are a clutch type LSD and require rebuilding every race season. Plus you pay for the name. Quote
rasslenny Posted July 4, 2013 Author Posted July 4, 2013 (edited) What the heck is that awful paint logo about? lol u talking bout my pic? i know its pretty terrible isnt itBecause Quaife have the advantage of never having to rebuild the diff as they are ATB Helical type. Where as Kaaz are a clutch type LSD and require rebuilding every race season. Plus you pay for the name. and they quaife is lifetime warranty as well isnt it? Edited July 4, 2013 by rasslenny Quote
AdamB Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 (edited) Yeah the quaife has lifetime warranty, but I wouldn't let that be the decision to choose an LSD. They very rarely go wrong. The clutch type LSD's many drivers prefer as they offer more feel and give better traction. But the quaife is easier to live with on a day to day basis as its silent.
