glanza sheehy Posted July 11, 2013 Share Posted July 11, 2013 as above, i could be driving away and the car would jerk, revs would bounce up and down. engine management light would come on and eventually the car would conk and the battery would then be dead? bad alternator? TurboTobz Posted July 11, 2013 Share Posted July 11, 2013 I'd check the voltage output of the alternator, the bouncing and jerking maybe something else, mine does it occasionally I've a feeling it's icv related revs bounce and if you haven't got your foot on the throttle the car jerks Quote Link to post Share on other sites
