it is possible, you would need to run low profile tyres

unless you compensate with a tyre of lower profile to match the rolling cirumference of a smaller wheel

both will have almost the same rolling circumference

i used to run 172 with low profile tyres and she still scrubbed like a prick.

not recommended tbh.
