Yet again another unsolved problem

alright...

basically for my pioneer headunit the radio doesnt really work properly

for example:

if i want vibe fm where i live its 106.4

but on my hu i can only get 106.3 and 106.5

I have tried to find it in my manual but cannot see it, no1 knows the problems so i fort id give it a try here

Surely if it's autoseeking to 103.3/5 that'll be the stronger signal? so it's just bypassing 103.4?

Jut my thinking on the matter.

nah it aint stronger because 106.3 and 106.5 are really fuzzy on my stereo.

i dno why i cant get even numbers after the .

must just be the headunit i have

Sometimes the seek button if you hold it down for a while and let go you can switch between manual seek and automatic seek. Maybe just selected pioneer headunits though. Not sure.

yeh it does do auto seek, but still i cant get the strongest signal for vibe fm

it still lands on either 106.3 or 106.5

where did you buy the radio mate?

reason i ask is i bought an american pioneer headunit and it is common fact that they wont tune in our frequencies (sp?)

i got it off ebay, but now just invested in a brand new pioneer DEH-P70BT. the bluetooth headunit. its crazy

no need to, wen my car got broken into.. they took my existing headunit, now i have replaced with a brand new uk model and it works just fine! thx neway
